Designed and commissioned a Fatek M series PLC-driven multi-axis servo system for a Bengaluru machine manufacturing company. The system manages 3 Absolute encoder servos, integrated fault diagnostics, and a 7" Fatek HMI for operator control.
Deployed a high-speed machine vision system for inline dimensional inspection of turned components at an automotive supplier. The system checks 12 critical dimensions at 20 parts/min, automatically rejecting out-of-tolerance parts.
Built a custom IIoT platform aggregating real-time data from 10 Press machines via Modbus TCP. The web dashboard provides live OEE, machine utilisation, downtime, and shift production reports — accessible on desktop and mobile.
Integrated a 4-axis SCARA Robot with Vision sensors and PLC. Complete cyle controlled by Fatek M-PLC and P5-HMI. Vision sensors' data is processed by IPC and the position of objects are sent to robot by M-PLC.
Retrofitted desktop milling mahcine with FATEK M-PLC and SC3 Servos to achieve 1 micron positional accuracy. Operations like Single drilling and Muli-Drilling with pecking option for carbide die puches are carried out in this machine
